From the Dark, Into Bright

In the darkness I was born, in the beauty of life I learned to shine,
From the shadows’ embrace, I rose, defined by lines
Of silvery light that broke through, gentle and fine,
Where hope whispered softly, in echoes divine.

In the depths of the night, where stars dare not tread,
I found my first breath, where lesser lights fled.
The cold clasp of obscurity, my cradle, my bed,
Yet in that stark void, my spirit was fed.

With each passing moon, my resolve grew clear,
Life’s intricate dance, I began to revere.
From the murk and the gloom, I emerged without fear,
A beacon made bright by the trials severe.

Through tempests and trials, my course steadfast,
Gleaning lessons from each shadow I passed.
In the brilliance of day, my contrast cast,
A silhouette refined, in light amassed.

Now I stand radiant, a soul aflame,
Forged in the dark, far from the mundane.
In the brilliance of existence, I stake my claim,
In the darkness I was born—to the stars, my aim.

Every dusk brings a promise, every dawn a new dream,
Where once were whispers, now anthems scream.
From the ebony veil, my essence did stream,
Glittering stardust in the sun’s gleam.

In the hush of the void where quietude reigns,
I learned the language of the night’s refrains.
Its melody lingers in my veins,
A symphony played across cosmic plains.

To those still shrouded, obscured from the light,
Who navigate blindly in the perpetual night,
May you find your fire, your fierce inner might,
And rise as I did, from the dark into bright.

So let the stars chart the course I take,
Through the infinite skies, every barrier break.
With every small step, a new world I make,
In the vast universe, my life awake.

The journey’s long from the shadows cast,
To the vibrant hues that hold me fast.
In the beauty of life, my anchor’s cast,

In the darkness I was born.
In the darkness I was born.
In the darkness I was born.
In the darkness I was born.

But in the light?

I’ll last.
